Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind (UK Customers)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
